Teaching Practice Week 01 ( 25/10 /2022 - 29/10/2022 )

 As part of our B.Ed curriculum, 10 students from Christ Nagar College of Education are supposed to do teaching practice for sixty days. The school assigned to us was Karthika Thirunal Govt. Vocational and Higher secondary school, Manacaud.

We 10 people from 3 optional are there for teaching practice. Myself, Priya Krishnamoorthy, Gopika S Nair from natural science, Labi M Thaseem, Reshnu S, Athira S and Junita James from Mathematics, Hajara Noushad, Aswathy U, Venugopal K G from Social Science. Priya Krishnamoorthy was assigned as our team leader. After all this weak was very nice. Our journey as training teachers was so exciting. The school authority considered us as their staff and we are supposed to do all the works that are done by the staff. We had done Noon meal duty, Line duty, Substitution duty, etc... We attended assembly this week. Besides academic excellence students are very brilliant in arts and sports also.

  On Monday I reached the school around 9.00 am and signed the register. I completed my record works. At 12.30 pm I went to serve food. By 3.30 pm left the school On Tuesday I reached the school by 8.45 am. At 11.00 am, Akbar sir came to our room asks us to go for exam duty in room no 45. I went for the duty. Till 12pm exam was there. I collected the paper and asks the students to leave the class. At 3.30pm left the school. On Wednesday after reaching the school HM told us to sing the prayer. After that, I did my pending work and left school by 3.30pm On Thursday reached school by 8.50 am. During the lunch break, trainees from our college and KUCTE Kumarapuram celebrated Christmas by cutting a cake. At 3.30pm I left school On Friday We reached the school for signing the register. It was the Christmas celebration of teachers on that day. We left school by 3.30 pm

WEEK 05 ( 05/12/2022 - 09/12/2022)

  On Monday, after a temporary gap, I and other prospective teachers went back to teaching practice. we were very happy but the school was closed due to a sports meet. Our HM told us to go back home and come on Wednesday. Tuesday was a holiday..😂 On Wednesday we went back to school. Usual assembly was conducted. Asper the timetable i  had class on VIII H and other substitution duties. On Thursday also I had class on VIII H during 6th period.  Friday also was a normal working day. Over all the week was not at all productive😡😡

WEEK 02 ( 31/10/2022 - 04/11/2022)

  This weak was also nice for me. On Nov 1st ( Keralapiravi )🌴 school conducted a special assembly. In the assembly headmaster of the institution conveyed a message on the Anti-Drugs Campaign and told students to be careful on such rackets. The school was dispersed at 12.30 pm. After that students were taken to participate in the Anti-Drugs chain by Govt. of Kerala. It was a nice experience to participate in such a campaign From Wednesday onwards the class was in the usual manner. Got so many substitution duties on this weak. Sometimes it was very hectic. But we are supposed to do it because we are responsible for that. Overall the weak was very productive.
